Refund Policy

Basic and Pro cards

You get a full refund within 7 days of payment if your card has not been published. Once a card is live, the purchase is final, because you can keep editing it for free. If we refund a card plan, its paid features are removed and the card is unpublished.

Printed cards and NFC

Because they are made with your details, physical items can be refunded only before they go into production, or if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or the QR does not scan. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint or refund.

Other add-ons

• Premium handle and handle changes: refundable until used.
• Custom subdomain and design service: refundable until we start the work.
• Analytics: refundable within 7 days of purchase. Your card keeps working either way.
• Team seats: unused seats are refundable within 7 days of purchase.

How to ask

Email hello@smartcontakt.com with your payment reference (it starts with SC- and is on your receipt and in Dashboard → Orders). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Paystack or Flutterwave and usually arrive within 5–10 working days.
